To mark the historic merger of XL Axiata and Smartfren, DAMN Inc. orchestrated a full-day, multi-venue launch event for XLSMART, bringing together over 2,400 employees under a new shared identity.

Executed across three different venues within a single day, this activation required meticulous planning and high-level coordination—from morning townhall sessions at XLSMART Tower (including regional livestreams), to a midday press conference at Glass House Plataran Senayan, culminating in a high-energy evening celebration at Istora Senayan.

Despite the scale and complexity, DAMN Inc. ensured each touchpoint felt cohesive and connected from synchronized show flows and cross-venue logistics, to personnel mobilization, every element was seamlessly executed.
