Under the theme “Around the World,” the event symbolized global connectivity, diversity, and XL Axiata’s unified direction toward innovation and growth in 2025.

DAMN Inc. managed end-to-end conference execution — from thematic concept development, stage and visual design, program flow, and award sequencing to on-ground operations. The agenda combined strategic discussions, leadership sessions, internal talent performances, and an awarding night, creating a balanced experience of direction setting, appreciation, and team bonding.
