Across three focused days, the Top 15 finalists underwent a curated Bootcamp designed to strengthen their leadership, communication, and stage presence ahead of the final competition.

The program featured an Empowerment Class on Women Leadership & Entrepreneurship with Naomi Julia Soegianto, Public Speaking & Interview Simulation led by Andini, and intensive Catwalk, Stage Presence & Choreography Training with Ari Tulang.

Finalists also joined a special coaching session with Coach Anita, and an inspiring Guest Star Talk Session featuring a leading public figure such as Raline Shah, bringing real-life insight on confidence, discipline, and personal branding. They continued with content creation challenges, sponsored workshops, and 1:1 deep interviews with the National Director and judges.

DAMN Inc. managed the Bootcamp end-to-end — venue preparation, program flow, expert coordination, wardrobe & sponsor integration, digital content production, and finalist logistics. The three-day experience created a safe, structured, and empowering environment that prepared the finalists mentally, emotionally, and professionally for the next stage.
